Why there's no launch date

Publishing a date before the evidence exists pushes everyone to behave as if it's already real — and that's exactly the kind of pressure this project is built to avoid. So instead of a date, each lane opens when its proof is ready, and a dated update goes out when something actually moves. Updates is where those land.
